For agencies

Every client’s market. One account.

A workspace per client. One subscription covers all of them, with a budget cap per client. You bill each client at your price, under your name — and you never talk to sales to get there.

No card to start · No sales call · No login needed, ever

Built for the parts that hurt at client three.

One account

A login per client, a tab per tool

One account, one workspace per client, switched from the sidebar.

One invoice

Five subscriptions on five cards

One subscription and one invoice cover every client workspace.

Budget caps

One client burns the whole month

A pooled allowance with a hard cap per client. No client drains another’s.

How it works

Sign up. Add a client. Bill them.

1

Sign up free, pick a plan in-app

Every account starts with 1,000 people analyzed, no card. When you’re ready, pick the Agency plan in Settings — no call, no quote.

2

Create a workspace per client

Scan the client’s website to draft their ideal-customer profile, add their competitors and creators as watches, and set a budget on the shared pool.

3

Watch, review, report, bill

Every match arrives with its source and reasoning. Export the evidence for the client and invoice them from Client billing.

Centralized billing

Billing lives on the account.

One subscription, one card, one invoice — however many clients you run. The plan’s allowance is pooled across the account and you decide how much of it each client may draw.

  • Pooled allowance, per-client allocations

The plan’s people-per-month is shared. Give each client a monthly allocation — a hard cap on their draw — and set the allocations to add up to your pool so every client is guaranteed its share. Leave one uncapped to draw freely. Raising an allocation resumes a paused workspace on its own.

  • Grow without a call

Add a client workspace in one click — $99 a month, prorated and shown first, with 5,000 more pooled people. Need more people, not more workspaces? Recurring 1,000-credit blocks at $19.80 a month.

  • Retire a client, free the slot

When a contract ends, retire the workspace. The slot opens for the next client, everyone you found stays put, and reactivating brings it back as it was.

Bill from your own accounts

Your price. Your name on the invoice.

Prompt Prospect is the engine; the client relationship is yours. On Agency a client workspace costs you about $80 a month; what you charge for it is up to you. Client billing lives inside each workspace: set the monthly price, add a managed-service fee, name the service the way you sell it, and print the invoice with your agency’s name at the top.

  • Simple or itemized invoice, with your payment instructions
  • Your cost, margin and markup worked out for you — and kept private
  • We generate the invoice; you collect the money. No payment routing, no cut
  • Our name is nowhere on it — the client sees your agency, your service, your terms

Private to you. Nothing above appears on the client’s invoice.

Same product, every workspace

Nothing is held back from a client workspace.

Each workspace is a full Prompt Prospect: its own ideal-customer profile, watches, people, notifications and members.

Watches and agent search

Competitors’ posts, creators, keyword searches, the client’s own posts — or just describe the market and let the agent find the right thing to watch.

Explainable matches

Every engager is enriched and judged against that client’s ideal-customer profile, with written reasoning. Each person is evaluated once per workspace and remembered.

Alerts and summaries

Instant strong-match alerts and a daily summary, tuned per workspace, so each client’s signal reaches the right people.

Export, MCP, webhooks

CSV and JSON with the source and reasoning attached, an MCP server for Claude, and webhooks when a person matches.

Members per workspace

Unlimited teammates on every plan. Bring your whole team into every client workspace; hand the client the export.

Playbooks that already work

Competitor engagers, hand-raisers, creator audiences — set one up in minutes for a new client.

Agency questions

Can one client see another client’s data?

Not their people. A workspace is the boundary: its ideal-customer profile, watches, people, matches, notifications and webhooks are its own, and a member of one workspace never sees another workspace’s people. The account card in Settings → Usage & credits — the pool, the budgets and the workspace names — is visible to every member and editable only by owners and admins, so keep client contacts out of your account unless you’re comfortable with them seeing your other clients’ names and budgets. Most agencies keep the workspace to themselves and send the client the export.

Pooled credits, or credits per client?

Both, your call. Your plan’s people-per-month belongs to the account, and every workspace draws from it as it evaluates people. Give each client a monthly allocation — a hard cap on their draw — and when a client hits theirs, that workspace pauses while the rest carry on. Make the allocations add up to your pool and every client is guaranteed its share; leave one without an allocation and it draws freely on whatever’s left. Unused allowance rolls into next month.

Can I charge my clients my own price?

Yes. Client billing is per workspace: set a monthly price, an optional managed-service fee, the service name the client sees, and your agency name. You get a print-ready invoice and a private view of your cost, margin and markup. We generate the invoice; you collect the money. Our name is not on it.

Is it white-label?

The invoice is — your agency name, your service name, your payment instructions, nothing of ours. The app is not: anyone you invite into a workspace sees Prompt Prospect. Most agencies keep the workspace to themselves and send the client the export and the reasoning.

What happens when a client leaves?

Retire their workspace from Settings → Usage & credits. It stops drawing on the pool, frees its slot for the next client, and keeps everything — people, matches, reasoning — so you can reactivate it later if they come back.

Do I need to talk to anyone to get started?

No. Sign up, use the free allowance, and upgrade to the Agency plan from inside the app when you want client workspaces — three come with it, and each one after is $99 a month, added in one click. Even the affiliate program is self-serve — your link is one click in Settings. A call is there whenever you want a walkthrough, never as a gate.

Reseller or affiliate — which am I?

If you buy the workspace and bill your client yourself, you’re a reseller: that client is yours, at your price, with your margin. If you refer a team that pays us directly, you’re an affiliate and earn 20% of what they pay for their first 12 months. For any one customer you can be one or the other, never both.
