How the meter works. One credit is charged for each newly completed AI assessment you explicitly request. Normal Qualify reuses unchanged valid assessments free. Reassess again requests a fresh assessment at one credit per subject. Failed responses and deterministic exclusions are free; a valid AI unknown assessment counts as completed.

What do I get for free?

One credit covers one person or company check you ask for; event research, re-checks, assistant chat and drafts are included and use none. Signing up through a referral link adds 2,000 more, and promotions may change the starting amount.
What uses a credit?
One credit pays for one newly completed person or company AI assessment you request against your workspace profile.
Normal Qualify reuses an unchanged valid assessment free, and Reassess again asks for a fresh one at one credit per subject. Deterministic checks, insufficient-evidence skips and failed or invalid model results are free.
Event discovery, source research and re-checks, social engagement collection, assistant chat, generated suggestions and drafts are included, with no research-credit ceiling.
Can I run several clients or brands?
Every client or brand can have its own Prompt Prospect workspace at $99 a month, with its own ideal-customer profile, events, people and evidence, under one account, one subscription and one invoice.
Credits pool across the account, and you can cap each workspace’s monthly draw so no client drains another’s.
Can I add credits?
Extra credits come in recurring 1,000-credit blocks at $19.80 per month each. Add or remove blocks in Settings → Usage & credits; removing blocks takes effect on the next invoice.
What happens when credits run out?
Fit checks pause when credits run out; researching, browsing, drafting and exporting saved evidence continue. A paid plan provides its next allowance according to the subscription; a free grant does not renew.
Does the new policy change previous charges?
No. Earlier charges and outstanding receipts retain their original billing policy. New qualification charges and reservations are shown separately in Usage & credits.
