Prompt Prospect is event-prospecting software: it reads a business event’s public pages, PDFs and verified social posts and returns the people and companies worth meeting there, judged against your ideal customer profile with the evidence attached.

You bring the event — a conference, trade show or summit with public pages — and a description of who you sell to. It finds who is publicly connected to the event, checks the people and companies you choose against that description, and keeps the page or post behind every connection.

Paste the conference’s website into Prompt Prospect: it reads the event’s own pages and PDFs for speakers, exhibitors and sponsors, finds public social posts about this edition and the people who say they are going or engage with them, and lists each person with the evidence that ties them to the event.

What you get is the people publicly connected to the event, not its registration list: a speaker listing or a post saying they will be there is direct evidence, while a reaction to a post is interest, not attendance. No account login, browser extension or LinkedIn cookie is needed.

Conferences Prompt Prospect has researched

Prompt Prospect does not buy, license or resell attendee or registration lists: it finds the people publicly connected to an event from the event’s own pages, organizer documents and public social posts, and shows the source for each one.

Each person comes with the evidence that ties them to this edition and, when you ask, a written judgement against your ideal customer. The event is re-checked as it approaches, so late speaker and exhibitor announcements and new posts are picked up, and that research uses no credits.

Prompt Prospect reads public sources only: the event’s own pages and PDFs, public social posts, and public professional profiles obtained through data providers.

Nothing is read from behind a login. Each source has limits: a page can fail to load, and a listing is not proof of attendance.

What the public pages publish

A connection to an event does not by itself mean someone is attending: a speaker listing, a post saying they are going, a job at an exhibitor, a comment, a reaction and a post about an earlier edition are different kinds of evidence, and Prompt Prospect labels each for what it is.

Prior participation does not prove current attendance, and a matching company does not prove any employee will attend. Engaging with a post is interest, not attendance.

Prompt Prospect judges only the people or companies you choose: an AI model checks each one against the ideal-customer profile in your workspace, using the evidence collected for them, and explains its assessment.

Missing evidence stays unknown rather than guessed, and no check runs automatically after research. Each newly completed check uses one credit.

Prompt Prospect re-checks each event you have researched on the event’s own clock: monthly while it is more than 90 days away, weekly inside 90 days, daily from a week before it starts through its last day, then weekly until 14 days after it ends, when re-checks stop.

Between those passes, the event’s own pages are checked for changes every day until the same cutoff, and a change prompts a fresh read. An event without dates is re-checked monthly. Re-checks pause while the workspace or the event is paused, and they use no credits.

Prompt Prospect never sends outreach for you: you decide whether, when and how to contact someone, in your own tools.

For a selected prospect, Prompt Prospect can prepare a draft for review with the event or post that connects them attached. You edit and approve the wording, and outreach is recorded only when you record it; approving or copying a draft does not send it.

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial: 1,000 credits to try it, card required, then Pro at $99 a month unless you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings → Usage & credits before day 7 and you are never charged.

One credit covers one person or company check you ask for; event research, re-checks, assistant chat and drafts are included and use none. Signing up through a referral link adds 2,000 more, and promotions may change the starting amount.

Pro costs $99 a month and includes 5,000 credits a month and unlimited teammates.

More credits come in 1,000-credit blocks at $19.80 a month each. Agencies add a workspace per client at $99 a month, each bringing 5,000 more credits to a shared pool, and Enterprise is priced by conversation.

One credit pays for one newly completed person or company AI assessment you request against your workspace profile.

Normal Qualify reuses an unchanged valid assessment free, and Reassess again asks for a fresh one at one credit per subject. Deterministic checks, insufficient-evidence skips and failed or invalid model results are free.

Event discovery, source research and re-checks, social engagement collection, assistant chat, generated suggestions and drafts are included, with no research-credit ceiling.
