Commission
Affiliates earn 20% of every payment a referred customer makes to Prompt Prospect during that customer’s first 12 months as a paying customer. The 12-month clock starts at the customer’s first payment and runs once per referred customer account — workspaces or upgrades the customer adds during those 12 months count toward your commission; anything added after the 12 months end does not, and does not restart the clock.
Agency referrals
When you refer an agency, your commission applies to what the agency account pays us — including workspace subscriptions the agency adds during the 12-month period. One clock per referred agency account, not per workspace.
Reseller or referrer — never both
If you resell Prompt Prospect to your own client (you buy the workspace, set your own price, and keep the margin), that client relationship is yours and earns no affiliate commission. Affiliate commission applies only to customers who pay us directly. For any given customer you can be the reseller or the referrer, not both.
Attribution
Referrals are tracked first-touch with a 60-day window: the first affiliate link a customer clicks gets the credit, and a signup or purchase must happen within 60 days of that click. Typed referral codes at signup attribute the same way.
Payouts
Commissions become payable 30 days after the underlying payment (allowing for refunds), and are paid monthly via PayPal through our affiliate platform. Refunded or disputed payments void their commission.
Self-referrals and fraud
Self-referrals — referring yourself, your own company, or accounts you control — are void. Cookie-stuffing, misleading advertising, bidding on our brand terms, and spam will end the relationship and forfeit unpaid commissions.
Enrollment and changes
Enrollment is self-serve: any signed-in customer can create their referral link from Settings → Affiliate program, and creating one is acceptance of these terms. We may pause or terminate a link for the abuses above. We may update these terms prospectively; changes never claw back commission already earned.
