Data Deletion Guide

Two kinds of requests

This guide covers two situations: you are a Prompt Prospect customer and want your account or workspace data deleted, or you are not a customer and want information about you removed from the service. Both requests go to privacy@promptprospect.ai, and both are handled within 30 days of verification.

Delete your account or workspace data

Email privacy@promptprospect.ai from the address associated with your Prompt Prospect account. State whether you want an export, deletion of a particular workspace, or deletion of your entire account. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and your authority over the account before we disclose or delete anything. Do not send a password with your request.

Deletion covers your account details, workspace content such as watches and ideal-customer profiles, the people data captured for your workspaces, and generated evaluations, except for limited records we are permitted or required to retain, such as billing history. Deleting a workspace permanently removes its captured people and reporting. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself delete your data; request deletion separately if you want it removed.

Remove information about you

Prompt Prospect processes publicly available professional information about people who publicly engage with the public posts our customers watch. If you believe your information was captured and you want it removed, email privacy@promptprospect.ai with your public profile URL. You do not need an account. We will remove your information from the service and keep a minimal suppression record — just enough to recognize your profile — so it is not captured again.

Timing and limited retention

After we verify a request, we delete covered information from live systems within 30 days and instruct applicable service providers to delete their covered copies within the same period. Encrypted backups expire through normal rotation within 90 days and are not restored except for security, disaster recovery, or legal necessity.

We may retain records where law permits or requires it, including billing and security records, evidence needed to resolve a dispute or enforce an agreement, and the minimal suppression record that keeps a removed profile from being captured again.
